The Cut
DAY 37/90
Slept five hours, wanted out by the second set. Did the full session, weighed in honest, moved on.
Reporter
You have logged eleven straight. What is the part of this you would quietly drop if nobody was watching?
This is the whole product
One screen you open every day. Your day count, the number you're moving, your streak, and ninety squares that either fill in or sit there empty. Then the reporter asks the question you were avoiding.
- The grid shows every day at a glance. Amber outlines are grace days, so one honest miss will not erase your run.
- Evidence can be text, a number, a photo, a voice note or a short vertical clip shot on the spot.
- Day 90 hands you a recap page and a share card built from what you actually did.

Day 1
I received everything in the mail and I weighed myself
Day 1
Started the song in the middle because it’s my favorite part.
The founder's sprint
I'm on day one too.
I haven't lost the weight yet. I just decided I needed to start and get healthier, so I built the thing that would make me show up every day and log it. Good day, bad day, it goes in.
Then it hit me that it should not be private. Hard things are easier to finish when people can see the run and back you. So it is open to anyone pushing on anything for 90 days: a body, a business, a skill, sobriety, a novel. Read the full story.

How a sprint runs
Commit
Name the thing, set your day-90 number, choose public, unlisted or private. The clock starts.
Log the evidence
Text, metrics, photos, voice notes, POV video. Two minutes a day. The grid fills or it doesn't.
Get interviewed
The AI reporter asks three sharp questions built from your category, your day, and your last logs, then turns your answers into a publishable entry.
Before you start
What if I miss a day?+
You backfill it. Any open day between 1 and 90 stays loggable, and the app points you at the oldest one you skipped. You also earn a grace day every two weeks, so one honest miss will not wipe your streak.
Do I have to be public?+
No. Every sprint is public, unlisted (link only, never indexed) or fully private, and you can switch at any point without losing a single log.
What counts as a log?+
Two minutes of proof: a couple of sentences, a number, a photo, a voice note, or a short vertical clip. Whatever makes the day undeniable.
What is the AI reporter, and does it write for me?+
It reads your category, your day number and your last few logs, then asks three sharp questions. You answer, in text or voice, and it shapes your own words into a clean entry. Nothing is invented and nothing posts without you.
What happens at day 90?+
You get a recap page with the full grid, your consistency score, the numbers you moved, and a share card image built for stories. Proof you can post anywhere.
Is it free?+
Yes. Free while we build it out. If a paid tier ever shows up, everything you have already logged stays yours and stays accessible.
Day one is the only day you can start
